Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave and fridge. The one-bedroom apartments and the large studios also have a sofa and coffee table.

Student support

Community Assistants are current UNSW students living on-site at University Terraces. They engage with residents, facilitate activities, and serve as the first contact for issues.

Parking

UNSW provides a limited number of on-campus car parking spaces and this is managed by Estate Management. To apply for a parking permit, please contact Security & Traffic Management.

You can park on campus for free in a marked bay outside of permit hours! Just a quick reminder: permit hours are from 7:30am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy your weekends and public holidays (not UNSW holidays).

We offer some free motorbike parking and plenty of bicycle racks for your convenience!

The contract lasts for 52 weeks. Currently, single-term contracts are not available due to high occupancy. For more information, please reach out to the office.
Weekly rates are for 2025 and are expected to change yearly. Rates shown are for full-year contracts only.

The contract period is from 29 January 2025 to 28 January 2026. Please note that bed sizes can vary in studios and one-bedroom apartments. Medium studios have a king-size single bed, while one-bedroom apartments can have either a double or queen bed.
