Artist statement

My fathers anger, My mothers grief is an exploration of repeating and generational cycles of trauma through the production of stylised poster reminiscent drawings containing juxtaposed imagery and suggestive text.

These works communicate niche and autographic inclusions on the intricacies of violence alongside broader representations of the violence perpetrated against women and the generational cycles that enable it.
