Scholarships
A PhD scholarship for a female student has been established to carry out research on how the emerging “Construction 4.0” brings new opportunities and challenges for women and provides strategies and practical recommendations to empower women in this era.
We also offer at least 5 “Women in Construction” scholarships/awards for female students studying construction management and property degrees, starting from Term 3/2023.

Internships
We have established a 3-month internship program to support female students to enter the construction industry. A funding of $10,000 each will be provided to encourage companies to employ female students. For further information, please contact us.
Mentorship and training
We will establish early-career mentorship programs with industry professional bodies and some construction companies, to support female graduates to enter the construction industry, establish long-term career goals and enhance their industry network. For further information, please contact us.
Training
We have established career development training fund to support eligible women working in the construction industry, who have a genuine need for upskill training and development program. This funding is intended to empower women in construction, progress their career, and for women to obtain higher management and leadership roles. Up to $5,000 is available per applicant.
