Our Bachelor of Computing and Cyber Security (Honours) degree consists of one-year full-time study on campus at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ. Whatever piques your curiosity, you will have the flexibility to pursue a research project in computer science. You’ll also complete coursework curated to help bolster your research skills and knowledge. At the end of the year, you will present this hard work and research in your honours thesis.Ìý

Studying computing and cybersecurity at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ, you’ll become a part of our close-knit research community of PhD students and academics. You will work one-on-one with one of our academics to devise and implement your research project. Your career in computing &Ìýcyber security

After one extra year of honours study, you will have:Ìý

  • managed to complete a significant independent research project Ìý
  • deepened your knowledge of computer science’s scientific approaches, perspectives, and traditionsÌý
  • substantially improved your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsÌý
  • a greater understanding of the ethical and social contexts of computing in the community and the wider worldÌý

In short, you’ll be in prime position to take advantage of the market shortage of computing and cybersecurity experts over other graduates.
