UNSW Engineering has 16 student societies representing many subsets of the overall cohort, including a constituent society for each engineering school. They host a variety of professional development programs and networking activities throughout the year.
Student societies enrich the student experience by enabling personal development, providing programs that support the student base and being involved is a great way for students to grow their network and make friends.
Engineering Student Society Awards
Celebrating innovation, leadership, and excellence, these awards recognise outstanding contributions from our talented engineering students. Each year, student societies demonstrate exceptional creativity, teamwork, and dedication to their fields.
Categories include Societal Impact, Menal Health and Wellbeing, Community Outreach, Industry Collaboration, and Student Belonging.Â
