Komal Bhoir is a PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance, UNSW Business School. Currently, Komal is working on her PhD thesis, which focuses on exploring the effectiveness of HR communication strategies in organizations and its impact on employees. Her research involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and surveys. With a strong academic background in Human Resources and communication studies, Komal has always been fascinated by how organizations communicate with their employees and stakeholders and how this communication impacts their overall success. Additionally, she is interested in areas such as HR process research, HRM communication and employee mental health and well-being.

In addition to their academic achievements, Komal has gained valuable industry experience working in HR in private and public sector organizations. Komal’s experience in HR includes maintaining and implementing communication strategies to engage employees, providing operational and strategic advice to manage employee relations and diversity initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
