I am currently a Senior Lecturer in the Education Department at Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang. I earned my M.Pd. from Sriwijaya University and have dedicated myself to shaping future English teachers through a range of courses. Alongside my teaching, I have been entrusted with the organization of prestigious national and international conferences.

I am deeply honored to have been awarded academic grants from the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, which have supported my research endeavors and academic pursuits. These grants included basic research assistance for study programs, scholarships for the Foreign Advanced Study Preparation Program, and overseas doctoral scholarships through the Indonesia Bangkit Scholarship Program (BIB), a joint program with the Education Fund Management Institution, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. at the School of Education at UNSW, focusing on Indonesian Teachers' Professional Development.
