Dr Adrian Robert Bazbauers (he/him) is a Senior Lecturer in International Public Sector Management in the School of Business, ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ.

My research focuses on organisational and institutional analyses of international organisations.

I am particularly interested in development finance organisations, such as the multilateral development banks (MDBs).

I have published on epistemic communities, knowledge building and sharing, policy transfer and policy mobilities, institutional isomorphism, political economy and neoliberal policy models, gender-based analyses of organisations, and climate change adaptation, mitigation, and resilience.

Emerging from social constructivism and interpretivism, I have experience in mixed qualitative/quantitative research methods, with a particular interestÌýin comparative historical document analysis.

MyÌýtheoretical and conceptual knowledge make me a suitable PhD supervisor for prospective candidates interested in global governance, organisational and institutional analysis, and/or climate change initiatives.
