Dr Jacky Mo is a Lecturer in the School of Information Systems & Technology Management at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Jacky completed his PhD in Marketing with a specialization in Marketing and Data Analytics at the University of New South Wales.

Jacky’s primary research interests lie in the application of both conventional (e.g., regression based structural equation and hierarchical linear modelling) and big-data analytics techniques (e.g., text mining and artificial intelligence) in analysing behavioural decision making in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer relational contexts, such as marketing distribution channels and online brand communities. His research has appeared in peer-reviewed academic journals including Industrial Marketing Management and European Journal of Marketing. Jacky is also actively involved in the program and course development in Business Analytics and teaching across a range of Business Analytics courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
