Patrick is an early-career researcher and PhD candidate in the Discipline of Psychiatry & Mental health. He completed an undergraduate science (honours) degree in pharmacology and psychology at UNSW in 2022. Patrick is a passionate educator and Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), holding a casual academic position within the Department of Pharmacology.Ìý

His research focuses on co-producing physical health support strategies for children and young people with developmental disabilities, conducted under Growing Minds Australia’s physical health flagship trial. Patrick's work is supported by Mindgardens Neuroscience Network’s ‘keeping the body in mind’ scholarship.
