Peter Reece is an Associate Professor with the Department of Condensed Matter Physics in the School of Physics at UNSW. His research is primarily focused on experimental optical spectroscopy and microscopy techniques and their application to the study photonic and optoelectronic materials and devices. Specific areas of expertise include, optical trapping and manipulation of nanoparticles, optical biosensing, novel photovoltaics, and silicon photonics.
