Dr Ziyang Lyu
Dr Ziyang Lyu is a lecturer in statisticsÌýin the School of Mathematics and Statistics.ÌýHis research focuses on asymptotic analysis, mixed models—particularly with crossed random effects, small area estimations, and finite Gaussian mixture models. He also has a keen interest in statistical methodology for extreme value theory and machine learning, with a focus on semi-supervised learning for pattern recognition.Ìý
