Your gift makes a difference

UNSW Science has an outstanding global reputation for research excellence, innovation and teaching. We have provided exemplary science education to thousands of students from across Australia and the world. With your generous support, we can continue opening doors to new eras in science through our research expertise, education programs and research facilities.

Through your gifts, you are empowering the future leaders of science to realise their aspirations through transformative scientific inquiry. You are paving the way for our researchers to undertake intense inquiry into the sciences that influence our understanding of the world while contributing to new avenues of scientific discovery.

Together, our community of donors are forging research breakthroughs, transforming our facilities and changing lives.

Gift in will

In making a gift in your will, you leave a legacy that makes a real contribution to future generations and to the life of the university. Any size of gift counts – even 1 per cent of your estate could reach well into the future. A gift in your will could provide scholarships to talented and disadvantaged students, enable ground-breaking research or continue our long tradition of attracting exceptional teaching staff.

Workplace giving

Workplace giving is a government endorsed and simple method for supporting students and research at UNSW Science.

This is a simple and effective way for UNSW staff to make donations through automated pre-tax payroll deductions to UNSW, which means that you receive an immediate tax deduction from your fortnightly wage. You can choose to support a specific area within the faculty or establish your own named scholarship.
