Documents & forms

Official documents to verify your enrolment and completion of studies at UNSW. The Award statement is often used for employment or migration purposes, and only issued once you complete your studies.

Certified record of your full enrolment history at UNSW, including all courses attempted, results received and awards conferred. It cannot be altered or separated between degrees.

Letter confirming enrolment details

Need an official document confirming your student status at UNSW? Use this letter as evidence to open a bank account, renting a property, visa application for family members, and much more.

Centrelink letter

If you are applying for Centrelink payment, this letter can be provided to prove your enrolment details, as well as the dates of any courses you withdrew from after the census date.

As an International student, you can use this letter to confirm your enrolment and fees at UNSW. The letter has an estimated breakdown of costs for a full-time study load in an academic year.

If you have been summoned for jury duty, you can use this letter to confirm your enrolment status at the University as a supporting document when applying to be excused.
