Inclusion is about creating learning and working environments where everyone can feel free, comfortable and safe to be who they are. The diversity that someone brings to a classroom, workplace, team or organisation should not only be accepted, but celebrated and valued. Research shows that organisations and teams that embrace diversity and are inclusive outperform those that don't.ÌýÌý
